Ballistic Shield 1250x600mm NIJ IV with Window + LED lighting + Wheels

These shields are specially designed for tactical operations, including building entry and weapons situations, providing unbeatable body armor protection.

The robust EPB47 shield is designed for situations requiring a NIJ IV level of ballistic protection, resistant against projectiles capable of piercing armored steel (Armour Piercing). Accompanying this high level of security, the EPB47 shield incorporates a high intensity LED lighting system (800 lumens) and power of 12 Watts easily activated by a push button near the handle, crucial for low light situations. The size of the LED spotlight is 120x45x28mm and its weight is 0.6kg.

These shields, made of Si-Ca, Ceramic Silicon Carbide, come in dimensions of 125cm X 60cm (+-10%), with a thickness of 27mm, a weight of 55kg and a protection area of 0.72 m2. Its rounded convex shape (6.8m radial curve) and protected format ensures greater resistance to daily use. For a better user experience, they include an ergonomic polycarbonate handle and high density foam for a comfortable arm contact with the shield.

The EPB47 shield, available in anti-glare matte black color, is fully protected by a coating with flame retardant properties and high abrasion resistance. At NIDEC, we also focus on customization. We can manufacture ballistic shields with the measures and shapes required by the customer, with the possibility of screen printing or adding the logo or anagram of the Police by means of Velcro. In addition, these shields incorporate a 200x65mm bulletproof window with armored glass for a perfect visualization without image distortion.
