The FIL95 Filter has been developed to provide efficient respiratory protection against threats in crowd control, public order, and riot situations, where gases such as CN, CS tear gas, and OC pepper are used, as well as other gases in micro-particle formulas designed to affect the respiratory system.
This robust and durable filter is designed to withstand many years until use. When in use, its design ensures continued comfort by reducing physiological load, through low respiratory resistance and low weight.
The FIL95 Filter meets all current respiratory safety specifications, as well as NATO and other military performance requirements. It comes with a standard NATO thread (40 mm x 1/7") and is therefore compatible with almost all military and industrial respirators. EN 148-1 / STANAG 4155

The production of the FIL95 filter is controlled through rigorous testing that ensures product quality and manufacturing procedure. Each filter is tested for airflow resistance, aerosol penetration leaks, and workmanship, and cannot leave the factory without passing all these tests. In adittion, QA laboratories perform gas-life test (cyanogen chloride, DMMP, chloropicrin, phosgene, HCN) on charcoal samples from each drum and on completed canister samples from each drum and or completed sampled from each production lot.
