NBC24 High-Resistance CBRN Protective Suit (Category III)

The NBC24 suit is an advanced one-piece solution designed for police, military, and industrial applications where protection against chemical, biological, and radiological agents is critical. Made with special Tychem® fabric, it combines exceptional durability with an ultralight weight of only 450 grams.

Certifications and Safety Standards

This suit is CE certified and complies with the most demanding international regulations:

• Chemical Protection Type 3: Also covers lower levels 4, 5, and 6 (tightness against liquids, aerosols, and particles).
• Biological Risks (EN 14126): Exceeds the highest resistance category against infectious agents.
• Anti-static (EN 1149-1): Recommended for use in zones with explosion risks.
• Radioactive Contamination: Certified protection against radioactive particles.
• SOLAS Certification: Meets international maritime safety standards.

Ergonomic Design and Liquid-Tight Fit

The NBC24 is engineered for mobility and hermetic sealing in extreme conditions:

• Flexible Facial Fit: Elastic and soft, allowing for a perfect self-adhesive seal either over or under the respiratory mask (mask not included).
• Security Closure: Front zipper protected by a double Tychem® self-adhesive flap, preventing contaminant entry even during decontamination.
• Hood and Chin: Elasticated hood with a chin flap for a tight seal around the respirator.
• Thumb Loop: Prevents sleeves from riding up when working with raised arms (recommended for use with double gloves).
• Elasticated Adjustments: At the waist, cuffs, and ankles for superior ergonomics.

Decontamination and Maintenance

The Tychem® fabric resists highly concentrated organic and inorganic chemicals and standard decontamination substances. As they contain no halogenated compounds, the suits are easy to dispose of safely after use.

Protective Glove Guide (By Application)

Protection levels must be completed with specific gloves (not included). We recommend the following materials based on risk:

• Butyl: Highest resistance to gases and water vapor.
• Nitrile: Excellent against solvents, cuts, and punctures.
• Neoprene: Resists most acids, fats, and caustics.
• Viton: Exceptional against chlorinated and aromatic solvents.
• Silver Shield / Norfoil: High-resistance laminates against a wide range of toxins.
• PVC / Natural Rubber: Resistance to abrasion, acids, and alcohols.

Important Information

Sizes: Available from S to 2XL, with a wide pattern for use over thermal clothing if necessary.

Accessories not included: The price does not include masks (see model MSC90), filters, gloves, or boots. To meet Level III protection, the use of boots or overboots is mandatory. We offer the specific NBC24-BOT (matching overboots) sold separately.
