The DEF range batons are made of polypropylene polymer. This polymer offers enough hardness and rigidity to be forceful, but at the same time comfortable for the user who wears them daily due to its low weight.
It is the substitute for the wooden baton since it is much lighter and does not need maintenance.
DEF36 baton has a anti-slip grip. Even with bare and sweat hands the special texturized grip assures a perfect user grip.
It includes a rubber ring at the bottom of the baton to assure that even if someone pulls the baton away from the user, the baton will not easily go away from the user's hand.
DEF36, also includes a another rubber ring at approximately at 1/7 of the baton that has 2 purposes. First and most important is to protect the user´s thumb and index fingers and second to lock the baton at the correct position when using the TAH35 belt D-ring type baton holder.
