Warranty and service

Nidec guarantees that the umbrella will not break during normal use. The warranty extends to the umbrella shaft, not the fabric. If the shaft breaks in normal use, the self-defense umbrella will be replaced. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or accident. Similarly, damage to the canopy fabric and scratches to the wooden knob are excluded from the warranty.
