The TEN46 FIGHTMAN suit is the evolution of the classic "Blueman" system, redesigned to take police training to the next level. It is the essential tool for instructors who need to take real hits (baton, kicks, punches) during stress scenarios, guaranteeing their physical safety without sacrificing the mobility needed to offer dynamic and realistic resistance to the student.

Protection and Comfort Technology

• High-Density DMFP Foam: The core of the suit is made of technical foam with a memory effect that absorbs and dissipates the energy of blunt impacts, recovering its original shape instantly.
• "Air-Floating" System: Unlike older suits that suffocate the user, the FIGHTMAN features an internal air circulation system in the torso that reduces thermal fatigue and improves cooling.
• Rapid Hygiene: Lined with waterproof polyvinyl material, it allows for quick and effective cleaning and disinfection between users, vital in intensive academies.

Modular Design: Adapt it to the Mission

You don't always need the full armor. Its design allows independent pieces to be used depending on the objective:

• Torso: 360º detachable protection.
• Head and Neck: Absorbent foam helmet with front grid cage (glasses compatible) and padded throat guard against accidental thrusts.
• Upper Limbs: Extended forearm/elbow protection to cover the ulna and radius, with integrated gloves that allow for gripping simulated weapons or grappling on the ground.
• Lower Limbs: Special design in 1000 dtex Cordura resistant to duty boots. Includes articulated ergonomic knee pads and thigh protection with lateral coverage for Low Kicks and baton strikes.

Universal Fit and Transport

• Adjustable One-Size: Using a system of wide and robust Velcro straps, the suit fits users perfectly from 1.65m to 1.90m (approx. 5'5" to 6'3") in height, preventing unwanted movement of the plates during combat.
• Ready to Travel: Includes a transport backpack to store and move the complete kit comfortably.
