The FAB45-CAT outer carrier has been designed to elevate officer operability, combining the protection of NIDEC ballistic panels (LITEFIT+ and DUTYGUARD) with the functionality of a tactical duty vest. Its design complies with the uniformity standards of Police Forces in Catalonia, offering a professional image and unprecedented versatility.

Gear Management and Comfort: Zippered Design

• Quick Front Opening: Unlike traditional carriers, the FAB45-CAT incorporates a robust vertical zipper on the chest. This allows for extremely fast donning and doffing and offers the flexibility to open the vest for ventilation during rest periods or hot weather without losing back protection.
• Tactical Load Capacity: Equipped with 4 zippered front pockets, it allows you to free up belt space and keep essential tools at hand: flashlight, notebook, gloves, keys, or a lapel microphone.

Total Adaptability and Customization

Catalonia Regulations and Beyond: It comes equipped as standard with 2 YELLOW shoulder bands, complying with local regulations. These bands are easily removable or interchangeable (Blue and Red available upon request) to adapt the carrier to other uniformity regulations or to leave it completely black.

Clear Identification:

• Front: Includes 2 Velcro areas for attaching ID patches, agency shields, badge numbers, or reflective lettering (See LRE35 models).
• Back: Ample space on the rear for agency screen printing (POLICE, SECURITY, etc.).

(Note: Chest and back screen printing is customizable and not included in the base price).

Made from an advanced technical fabric that is simultaneously waterproof, breathable, and highly tear-resistant. It guarantees durability in the most extreme situations and protects the ballistic panels from moisture and wear.

This carrier is designed specifically for DUTYGUARD and LITEFIT+ ballistic panels manufactured from January 1st, 2018 onwards. If your vest was manufactured prior to this date, please contact us before purchasing to ensure the correct fit.
