Rollable Prismatic Reflective Traffic Sign – SET33

The SET33 rollable traffic signs are high-reflectivity signs designed for use in police control operations, road marking and emergency signalling. They take up minimal space in the vehicle and are designed for use with the TRP33 foldable tripod, though they can also be installed on barriers, walls, vehicles or other surfaces.

Prismatic Reflection System

• 7,400 prisms per cm²: high-density prismatic surface for optimal reflectivity in night-time conditions.
• Reflectivity exceeding 250 cd/lux/m² at standard observation and entry angles.
• Reflective sheeting by REFLEXITE ORAFOL 2018, with luminance coefficients of up to 550 cd/lux/m² depending on observation and entry angles. Technical data sheet included.
• Interior reflective devices consist of micro-prismatic retroreflectors moulded and integrated into the sign surface itself, ensuring greater durability than adhesive film systems.

Construction and Durability

• Manufactured from high-quality polymer sheeting with high UV resistance.
• Thicker polymer profiles on the upper and lower edges for greater structural resistance.
• Heat-sealed using high-frequency welding in a grid of squares and rectangles: in the event of puncture or localised damage, moisture ingress is limited to a minimal area without affecting the sign as a whole.
• Material: PVC and high-resistance hybrid plastic compounds.
• Flat surface, easy to clean.

Installation and Transport

• 3-point elastic fixing system to the TRP33 tripod, providing stability in windy conditions.
• Includes 2 high-resistance polymer studs for easy coupling to telescopic supports.
• Rollable design: takes up minimal space in the vehicle.
• Optional storage in a blue nylon carry bag with handle and velcro closure (optional accessory).
