Tactical Door Breaching Ram

The Nidec GAP20 is a tactical breaching ram designed for forced entry operations carried out by police units, firefighters and rescue teams.

With a weight of only 16.4 kg (35 lb) and a length of 80.5 cm (31.7 in), it can be operated by one or two users while generating an impact pressure of up to 11.6 tons per m².

Optimized breaching design

The structure maximizes the kinetic energy generated by the swing of the ram, concentrating the impact force at the front end to break locks and doors effectively.

Its multi-density internal composition eliminates the need for a running start or large momentum, unlike conventional rams.

This makes the GAP20 highly effective even in confined spaces or when used by a single operator.

Non-sparking safety coating

• High-density insulating rubber coating on both ends.
• Prevents spark generation during impact.
• Safer use in hazardous environments.
• Suitable for operations in ATEX atmospheres.

Ergonomics and transport

• Handles wrapped with 5-layer "Canvas Conveyor" rubber.
