The ACOG is equipped with the dual illuminated reticle system created by Trijicon that works even in total darkness without the need for any external power supply. The fiber optics automatically adjusts the intensity of the illuminated reticle according to the ambient brightness, and to complete the system a Tritium lamp (*) ensures perfect illumination of the reticle even in total absence of light.
The ACOG lenses have an anti-reflective treatment and their quality guarantees extraordinary sharpness and zero distortion.
The structure, materials and construction of the ACOG, manufactured from a 7075-T6 military grade aluminum body, make this rifle scope virtually indestructible and capable of meeting the requirements of the U.S. Army and overcoming the toughest conditions in real combat situations without difficulty. Among other features that attest to its ruggedness, ACOG scopes are submersible to a depth of 100 meters and can be mounted on the dreaded 50BMG caliber rifles without damage from vibration.
4x32 Trijicon ACOG
This model has been created for the battlefield and in that environment has passed the most rigorous tests, proving its effectiveness day by day. It is the version, authorized for sale to the public, of the scope used by the US Forces.
As an additional aiming element, the ACG40 has a Docter Sihgt mounted on top. The red dot from this well-known German manufacturer weighs only 25 grams and allows for extraordinarily fast aiming at close range, so that the ACOG can effectively cover all possible targets regardless of their distance.
