The DNA78 provides everything needed for the effective collection of DNA samples at crime scenes. In many cases it is impossible to collect and send the original item that may contain DNA — sweat, urine, saliva, blood, semen or other body fluids — to the laboratory. In such cases, samples must be taken from the evidence using swabs. This kit includes all the materials required for this collection process, to be used following local laboratory procedures for evidence collection.

• 1 permanent red T/E label 30×70 mm with serial number.
• 20 biosecurity labels 26×40 mm in multiple languages.
• 12 sterile cotton-tipped swabs — pack of 2.
• 2 Clinell antibacterial hand wipes.
• 1 plastic bag 6×6 cm.
• 10 glassine paper envelopes 40 gsm with self-adhesive closure.
