Knee + Shin + Upper foot rigid protectors with interior padding (1 pair)

The PRD26 is a multi areal protector made in one single piece.

• Knee: The protection of the knee is obtained thanks to the combination of a thermoformed high impact polycarbonate piece with 3D thermoforming cell to provide the best possible protection to the knee, whilst allowing free movement to the articulation. The polycarbonate plate is strongly stitched with PLY-3 resistant nylon yarn over the 10mm high density EVA foam mixed with Oxford Terylene and Syntexin fabric to get anti trauma panels that grant the highest impact absorption performance.

An elastic and quick Velcro fastening adjustable strap ensures the correct position to protect the knees during all types of movement.

• Shin & calf: these are made of thermoformed rigid plates and soft padding to allow a perfect wrap around the shin and calf. Each protector is made by 2 thermoformed high impact polycarbonate patches, pinned and strongly stitched with PLY-3 resistant nylon yarn over the 10mm high density EVA foam mixed with Oxford Terylene and Syntexin fabric to get anti trauma panels that grants the highest impact absorption performance.

The shin & calf protection is also made by 3D thermoforming to provide additional resistance to high intensity impacts and edged/sharpened objects. In the shin area, there is 1 main cell with a specific design to dissipate the impact energy outwards. The reinforced 3D specific forms of 9mm fully protect the tibia and fibula bones. These 2 thermoformed areas assure the maximum impact resistance with the lowest weight.

A double 5cm wide elastic and quick Velcro fastening adjustable strap ensures the correct position to protect the shin and calf during all types of movement.

• Ankle: the ankle is very well protected, combining rigid plates and soft padding to allow a perfect wrap of the ankle. Each ankle protector is made of 2 thermoformed high impact polycarbonate patches and strongly stitched with PLY-3 resistant nylon yarn over the 10mm high density EVA foam mixed with Oxford Terylene and Syntexin fabric to get anti trauma panels that grant the highest impact absorption performance.

The ankle protection is also made by 3D thermoforming to provide additional resistance to high intensity impact. These 2 thermoformed areas assure the maximum impact resistance with the lowest weight.
