SHIPPING:

According to the regulation of the effective promotion, the shipments are totally free in purchases up to 95,00€ (including TVA) for all National Territory Peninsular and the Balearics.

In purchases less to 95€, the tariff of shipment will be  7,00€ for all National Territory Peninsular and the Balearics.

This promotion is not applied to the shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. Unique Porte for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands will be of 25,00€ independent of the total amount of the purchase, and the expenses of customs will go in charge of the customer.

This promotion is not applied to the international shipments.

The shipment cost can vary according to the country of destiny and the weight.
The total amount of the order will not include the shipment tariff and the client will receive the Final Price by email later





DOWNTIME:

The downtimes will be of a minimum of 24-48h for peninsula in case of product availability. On the contrary, you will be advised by e-mail.

In the cases of international shipments, the downtimes will be informed by email as well as the Final Price of the purchase, once the client has realized the order online.   




RETURNS:


Only could be accepted returns in case of defect of the product.

The procedure for a return or shipment to NIDEC will be the following one: It will have to contact with our commercial department to set out the reason for the return and a unique number of authorization will be assigned to him that will go written down together sends so that our department of orders can accept the package. On the contrary or not respecting this previous step, the shipment on the part of NIDEC.ES will not be accepted. The return will be made effective when the equipment verifies the product and certifies a defect or tares or only has been exceeded the downtime previously indicated.

If NIDEC.ES certifies the defect, we will do a change to him by a new product or will leave in deposit the amount for a future purchase.

In case of disagreement or complaint , NIDEC.ES is voluntarily put under the arbitration of the Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU), whose telephone is 913009151. For any claim the presentation of the invoice will be necessary.
