SHIPPING:


Shipping outside of Spain will be quoted later upon receipt of your order. We want to make sure you receive the best rate every time you place an order.





DOWNTIME:

The downtimes will be of a minimum of 24-48h for Europe in case of product availability. On the contrary, you will be advised by e-mail.

In the cases of international shipments, the downtimes will be informed by email as well as the final frice including freight..  

 




RETURNS:


Returns will be accepted only in case of product defect or failure. 

The procedure for a return or shipment to NIDEC will be the following one:

You will have to contact with our commercial department to set out the reason for the return and a unique number of authorization (RMA), will be assigned to you. The RMA will have to go written down in the shipping tag and sent together to our warehouse in Spain. On the contrary, the back-shipment will not be accepted. The return will be made effective when NIDEC verifies the product and certifies a defect or failure.

If NIDEC.ES certifies the defect, we will exchange the product for a new one or affer a full refund or you will be very welcomed to purchase any other product. 

In case of disagreement or complaint , NIDEC.ES voluntarily accepts the arbitration of the Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU), whose telephone is +34913009151. For any offical claim a copy of the invoice will be mandatory to present.
